103) and by Force of the Statute for transferring uses ^into^ unto Possession be Enabled to take a Grant and Release of the Revertion and Inheritance of the Same Land and Premises to him and his Heirs to Such uses Intents and Purposes as shall be therein Specified and declared In Witness whereof the parties to these Presents have hereunto Sett their hands and Seals the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of us Hugh Walker Seal Rich.d Dorsey Mich.l Wallace Seal Charles Wallace On the back of the aforegoing Indenture was thus indorst Viz.t Reced of Michael Wallace the Sum of five Shillings Current Money Money being in full for the Consideration money within Mentioned Witness Rich.d Dorsey Hugh Walker Charles Wallace Oct.r 29.th 1756 Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Richard Dorsey & Charles Wallace and respectively made Oath on the holy Evangels of Almighty God that they Saw Hugh Walker and Michael Wallace Parties to the within Deed respectively Sign Seal and Deliver the same as their Respective Act and Deed for the uses therein mentioned and that they Saw Hugh Walker Sign his Name to the Receipt endorsed on the within Deed for the Sum of five Shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money therein mentioned and that they respectively Subscribed their Names ^as^ Witnesses thereto 7 sides Recorded July 27.th 1757 Geo Steuart |
