       within mentioned I say rec.d by me this 16.th Day of November 1750

       named Unckle Unckles and acknowledged the within Deed according to the Directions of the
6 1/2 Act of Assembly in that case made and Provided

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this twenty fourth day of November in the Year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and Fifty Between George Atkinson Surviving Executor of the Testament and last Will
       of Christopher Grindall late of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland Mariner Deceased of the
       first Part Henry Morgan of Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid Gentleman of the Second part
       and William Govans of Ann Arundel County and Province aforesaid Merchant of the third Part Whereas
       by Indenture duly acknowledged and Recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore County afs.d bearing
       Date on or about the twenty Seventh day of September in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and
       forty six made or mentioned to be made between the afs.d Henry Morgan by the Name of Henry Morgan
       of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the one Part and the afs.d Christopher
       Grindall by the Name of Christopher Grindall of the same Province Mariner of the other Part the said
       Henry Morgan did for the Consideration therein mentioned Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and
       Confirm unto the said Christopher Grindall his Heirs and Assigns (amongst other things) all those
       several Tracts or Parcels of Land lying and being in Baltimore County afs.d and known by the Names
       and Descriptions following that is to say One Parcel of Land called Friends Discovery Containing
       by Estimation three hundred and Ninety Acres one other Parcel of Land called Stones Delight
       Containing by Estimation fifty Acres together with all Buildings Edifices Advantages Improvements
       and Appurtenances and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcell thereof and also all the Estate Right
       Title Interest use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Morgan
       and his Heirs of in to or out of the Premisses and Appurtenances and every part and Parcell
       thereof to Hold to the said Christopher Grindall his Executors Administrators and Assigns
       to his and their only proper use and Behoofe under a Proviso or Condition Nevertheless
       to be Void on the said Henry Morgan his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       Paying or causing to be Paid unto the said Christopher Grindall or to his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the Sum of Money in the said Proviso mentioned on or before the twenty sixth day of
       September then next ensuing with Lawfull Interest therefore which said Sum of Money was not
       Paid according to the said Proviso or Condition whereby the Estate Right and Title of the said
       Christopher Grindall in and to the said Land and Premisses became Absolute in the Law
       And Whereas the said Christopher Grindall did by his last Will and Testament in Writing
       bearing Date on or about the twenty ni^n^th day of May in the Year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred and forty Seven Constitute and Appoint the afs.d George Atkinson and a certain
       James Slemaker of Baltimore County in the Province aforesaid his Executors which said George
