       and thereof and from every part and Parcell thereof doth Acquit Release and Discharge him the said Unckle
       Unckles his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs by these Presents Hath Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these Presents doth Absolutely and freely Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said
       Unckle Unckles his Heirs and Assigns for Ever All these four following Tracts of Land Situate lying and being
       in Frederick County Containing two Hundred Acres according to the Patents of them Respectively that
       is to say One Tract of Land called Sparks's Chance fifty Acres Harveys Borrough fifty Acres, Benjamins
       Folley Fifty Acres and Sparks Round Fifty Acres (Granted unto the said Caleb Dorsey) together with all
       and Singular the Buildings Orchards Woods Underwoods Profits Advantages and Appurtenances on
       or to the said four Tracts or Parcels of Land or either of them in any ways ^being^ belonging & Appertaining
       To have and to hold unto him the said Unckle Unckles his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to his and their only
       proper use and Behoof and to no other use meaning or Intent whatsoever and the said Caleb Dorsey for
       himself and his Heirs doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said Unckle Unckles that he the said Unckle
       Unckles his Heirs and Assigns for Ever the said Four Tracts of Land with their and every of their Appurtenances
       shall and may have hold and Enjoy as well against him the said Caleb Dorsey his Heirs and
       Assigns as against all manner of Persons ^or^ Claims whatsoever by from or under him or them in any wise
       Claiming or to Claim And the said Caleb Dorsey doth further Covenant and Agree to and with the said
       Unckle Unckles that at any time within the Space of Seven Years from the Date hereof he the said Caleb Dorsey
       and his Heirs shall and will do Execute any other or further Deed or Deeds Conveyance or Conveyances for the
       better and more sure ^secure^ making Over the said Lands and Premisses that he the said Unckle Unckles his Heirs &
       Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall Require Decree^vise^ or Advise In Witness whereof the
       foregoing Premisses the said Caleb Dorsey hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the Day &

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       November the 16.th 1750
                                                 Then Came before me one of the Justices of the Provincial Court M.r Caleb Dorsey
       Party to the within Deed and acknowledged the same and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to
       be the Right and Estate of the within named Unckle Unckles his Heirs and Assigns for Ever according
       to the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided

       Received of M.r Unckle Unckles the Sum of Forty two Pounds Sterling being the Consideration
       Money I say received this 16.th day of November 1750
