       Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or his or their Attorney or Agent properly Authorized
       to receive the same Yearly and every Year during the Term of five Years after the date of these
       Presents the Sum of fifteen Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain and at the Expiration
       of five Years from the date of these Presents shall pay or cause to be paid the Sum of four hundred
       Pounds sterling Money of Great Britain to the said John Philpot his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns or his or their Attorney or Agent properly Authorized to receive the same that
       then and in such Case this present Deed and every Clause Article Matter and thing therein
       contained to cease and to be Void and of no Effect whatsoever as if the same had never been
       made In Witness whereof the said George Scott hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal

Ex.d Know all men by these Presents That I Andrew Pigge of Market Downham in the County of
       Norfolk Gentleman have Remised Released and for Ever quit Claimed and by these Presents do
       Remise Release and for Ever quit Claim unto the Reverend M.r Charles Lake of Annapolis
       Royal Clerk his Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all manner of Action and
       Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues
       Duties Accompts Sum and Sums of Money Judgments Executions Extents Quarrells
       Controversies Trespasses Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity or
       otherwise howsoever which against the said Charles Lake I the said Andrew Pigge
       ever had and which I my Heirs Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have
       Claim challenge or Demand for or by Reason or means of any matter Cause or thing
       whatsoever from the Beginning of the World unto the day of the Date of these Presents In
       Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Second Day of November
       in the twenty third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace
       of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and in the Year
       of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and forty nine

Ex.d This Indenture made this Sixteenth Day of November in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven
       Hundred and fifty Between Caleb Dorsey of Ann Arundell County Gentleman of the one Part and Unckle
       Unckles of Frederick County of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Caleb Dorsey for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of Forty two Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand Paid
       and Secured to be paid by him the said Unckle Unkles the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
