       Covenant grant and Agree to and with the afs.d Joseph Ensor his
       heirs Executors Administrators and assigns that the said Nicholas
       Ruxton Gay his heirs Executors and Administrators or assigns shall
       and will at any time hereafter on the reasonable Request of him the
       said Joseph Ensor his heirs or assigns make do Execute Acknowledge
       and perfect any other Instruement of Writing for the Better and more Effectual
       Conveying and assuring the two afs.d lotts of land and premisses with their
       Appurtenances unto him the said Joseph Ensor his heirs and assigns
       for ever provided such Instruement of writing Contain no Other warranted
       then what is meant or expressed in these presents In Witness Whereof
       the parties aforesaid have hereunto Interchangeably set their hands
       and Seal the day and year above written
       signed sealed and delivered in presence of         N Ruxton Gay   seal
       Jn.o Stevenson

       March 7.th 1756  Received of the within named Joseph Ensor Ten pounds
       sterling in full for the within Bargained Lotts of land and premisses
       as witness my hand                                    N Ruxton Gay

                On the seventeenth day of March 1756 Came the within Named Nicholas
       Ruxton Gay before us the Subcribers Two of his Lordships Justices of
       the said County and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act
       and the two Lotts land and premisses therein Mentioned to be sold to be
       the Right Title and Estate of the within Mentioned Joseph Ensor his
       heirs and assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning at
       the Same time Came Ann wife of said Nicholas who being Examined
       out of her husbands hearing declared she did without being induced thereto
       by threats from her said Husband or through fear of his Displeasure
       Relinquish all her Right of dower to the two within Mentioned lotts of
       land and premisses with their appurtenances unto him the said Joseph
       Ensor his heirs and Assigns for ever in Witness our hands
