          February 4.th Came the within Named Richard ^Welsh^ before me one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the
       the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the five hundred Acres
       of Land more or less and premisses with the appurtenances to be the
       Right and Estate of the within Named Henry Oneal Welsh his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever

Exam.d                              This Indenture made this Seventeenth
       day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty
       and fifty six Between Nicholas Ruxton Gay of Baltimore in the province
       aforesaid of the one part and Joseph Ensor of the said County and province
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Nicholas Ruxton Gay for and in
       the Consideration of the sum of Ten pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain
       to him in hand by the said Joseph Ensor paid the Receipt of which
       the said Nicholas Ruxton Gay doth hereby Acknowledge and therewith to be
       fully Satisfied Contented and ^paid^ Hath and by these presents doth give grant
       Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him the said Joseph
       Ensor his heirs and assigns all his the said Nicholas Ruxton Gay his
       right title proper Interest Claim and ^or^ demand of in and unto Two
       lotts of Land lying and being in the Addition to Baltimore Town in
       Baltimore County afs.d Known or Distinguished by their Numbers
       sixty three and sixty four with all and Singular the Appurtenances to
       the said Lotts of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining To have
       and to hold the ^Two^ afs.d Lotts of Land and premisses with their Appurtenances
       unto him the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs and assigns for
       ever against all Manner of persons Claiming or to Claim by or
       under him the said Nicholas Ruxton Gay his heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns and the said Nicholas Ruxton
       Gay for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth
