       Received of Cha.s Carrol Esq.r son of Doc.r Cha.s Carrol one penny
       Sterling for his Lordships use (it being the Alienation fine on the
       Within Mentioned two lotts of Land Supposing the two Lotts to Contain
       only one Acre of Land) by Virtue of a Commission from Edw.d Loyd Esq.r
       his Lordships Agent and Receiver Generall

Exam.d   This Indenture made this twenty seventh day of March in the year of
       our Lord one thousand seven hundred fifty and six Between Joseph
       Ensor of Baltimore County Merchant of the one part and Charles Carol
       of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arundell County Esq.r of the other part
       Whereas by Indenture bearing date the Seventeenth day of this Instant
       March made between N Ruxton Gay of the one part and Joseph Ensor
       party to these presents of the other part the said N Ruxton Gay did
       bargain sell Alien Infeoffe and Confirm unto him the said Joseph Ensor
       his heirs and Assigns two lotts of Land lying in Baltimore town in Baltimore
       County afores.d Numbers Sixty three and sixty four with all their appurtenances
       to the same appertaining Relation being thereunto had (which is now upon
       Record in Baltimore County Records) may more fully and at large appear

       Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Joseph Ensor for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of eighty pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain
       to him in hand paid by the said Charles Carroll paid the Receipt whereof the
       said Joseph Ensor doth hereby Acknowledge hath and by these presents doth
       give grant Bargain Sell Alien Infeoffe and Confirm unto him the said
       Charles Carroll his heirs and assigns all his Right Title Property Interest
       Claim and demand of in and unto one of the said Lotts of Land known and
       Distinguished by Number sixty three aforesaid with all and Singular the
       Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise Appurtaining To
       have and to hold the said lott of Land and premisses with its
       Appurtenances unto him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns
       for ever and the said Joseph Ensor doth for himself his heirs Executors
       and Administrators further Covenant Grant and agree to and with the
       said Charles Carrol his heirs and Assigns that the said Joseph Ensor
       the said Bargained premisses against all Manner of person or persons
       Claiming or which hereafter may Claim by from or under him the
