       His Heirs or Assigns and of all and every other Person and Persons Claiming from by
       or under him or any other Person whatever and that free and Clear and freely and Clearly
       Acquitted and discharged of and from all and all manner of former and other Rights Titles
       Estates Charges Demands and Incumbrances whatever And that he the said Kenelmn
       Trueman Greenfield and his Heirs and all and every other Person and Persons and their Heirs
       Lawfully having or Claiming or to have or Claim any Estate Right Title Interest Claim
       or Demand of into or out of the said Breach of the Proviso afs.d upon the Reasonable
       Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said George Maxwell his
       Heirs or Assigns make do and Execute or cause to be made done or Executed all and
       every such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act and Acts thing and things
       Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better Assuring and
       Conveying of all and Singular the said Premisses and every part thereof unto the said
       George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns for Ever as by him the said George Maxwell
       his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Counsel Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably
       Devised Advised and required And Lastly it is Covenanted Granted Concluded &
       Agreed upon by and between the said Parties to these Presents that untill Default shall
       be made in Performance of the Provisoe or Condition herein Contained he the said Kenelmn
       Trueman Greenfield his Heirs and Assigns shall and may hold and Enjoy all and Singular
       the said Premisses above mentioned & receive and take the Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof to his and their own proper use and benefit any thing herein contained to the
       Contrary thereof Notwithstanding In Witness whereof the said Kenelmn Trueman
       Greenfield hath hereunto set his hand & Seal the day and Year first above written

          At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Maryland fs June 2.d 1750 Then rece.d of the within named George Maxwell the Sum of
       Three hundred and fifty Pounds Sterlng Lawfull Money of Great Britain being the Consideration
       Money within mentioned as Witness my hand the day and Year afs.d

       Justices of the Provincial Court in the Province aforesaid the within & above named Kenelmn
       Trueman Greenfield who acknowledged the within and foregoing Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and the Land and Premisses therein Contained to be the Right and
       Estate of the within named George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns according according
       to the true Intent and meaning thereof Taken and acknowledged according to
       Law before me the day and Year aforesaid

Ex.d Know all men by these Presents That I John Gibson of Goodmans Fields London Gentleman
       for divers good causes and Considerations me the said John Gibson by these Presents
       have made ordained Constituted and Appointed And I the said John Gibson by these Presents
