       hereby Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Release and Confirm unto the said George Maxwell
       his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and all and Singular the Tenements Hereditaments and
       Appurtenances to the same or to any part thereof belonging or Appertaining and also the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of the said Premisses &
       of every part and Parcell thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever either in Law or
       Equity of him the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield of in to or out of the said Lands and
       Premisses and every part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold all and Singular
       the said Lands and Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said
       George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him
       the said George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns for Ever Provided always and
       upon Condition that if the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns or any of them do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be
       paid unto the said George Maxwell his Executors Administrators or Assigns the Sum of
       Three hundred and fifty Pounds Sterling Lawfull Money of Great Britain with Legal
       Interest for the same from the date of these Presents on or upon the first day of November
       which will be in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty four without
       any Deduction or Abatement for any Impositions whatsoever either Ordinary or Extraordinary
       That then and from thenceforth these Presents and every thing herein containd
       shall cease determine and be void any thing herein Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding
       And the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns doth Covenant Promise and Grant to and with the said George Maxwell
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns by these Presents in manner and form
       following that is to say That he the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield his Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
       said George Maxwell his Executors Administrators or Assigns the said Sum of three hundred
       and fifty Pounds Sterling Lawfull Money of Great Britain with Legal Interest for
       the same from the Date hereof at or upon the first day of November which shall be in the
       Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty four without any Deduction or
       Abatement as afs.d and also That he the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield now is and
       standeth Lawfully Seized of and in all and Singular the said Lands and Premisses hereby
       or Intended to be hereby Granted as afs.d of a good pure Absolute and Indefeazable Estate of
       Inheritance in Fee Simple And that he the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield now hath in
       himself good Right full Power and Lawfull and Absolute Authority to Grant Sell and
       Convey all and Singular the said Lands Premisses and Appurtenances unto the said
       George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns in manner and form as afs.d And that he the
       said George Maxwell his Heirs and Assigns shall and Lawfully may from time to time
       and at all times for Ever hereafter after Default shall be made in Performance of the
       Proviso or Condition herein Contained Peaceably and Quietly enter into Have hold
       Occupy Possess and Enjoy all and Singular the said Land Premisses and Appurtenances
       above mentioned and every part and Parcel thereof without the Lett Suit Trouble Eviction
       hindrance Molestation or Interruption of him the said Kenelmn Trueman Greenfield
