687 Estate Right Title Property Interest Claim and demand of in and unto one of the said Lots of Land known and Dishtinguished by number sixty four aforesaid with all and singular the appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appurtaining To have and to hold ^all^ the said Lott of Land and Premises with its appurtenances unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and assigns and to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Joseph Ensor and his heirs all and Singular the Premisses af.d unto the said Charles Carroll his heirs and Assigns against him the said Joseph Ensor his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns shall and will warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents Provided Always and upon this Condition Nevertheless that if the said Joseph Ensor his heirs Executors or Administrators do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Charles Carroll his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the full and Just Sum of Seventy Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain with legal Interest for the same at or upon the twenty seventh day of June next ensuing of the day hereof that then these Presents and all and every thing herein Contained shall Cease Determine and be utterly void to all Intents and Purposes whatsoever In Witness whereof the said parties ^to these Presents^ have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered in presence of us Jos.h Ensor seal Thomas Williamson Francis Fairbrother On the back of the foregoing Deed was thus Endorced Viz.t Received 27.th March 1756 of Charles Carrol Esq.r within named the sum of seventy pounds sterling being the Consideration money within mentiond I say reced by me Witness Tho.s Williamson Jos.h Ensor Francis Fairbrother Maryland fs.t On the 27.th March 1756 Came before me the subcriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within ^named Joseph Ensor and Acknowledged the within^ Deed According to the Directions of an Act of Assembly in such Cases made and provided Rob.t Jenckins Henry 5 1/2 sides Recorded May 20.th 1756 |
