       Georges County aforesaid and also all those several peices parts or
       parcels of larger Tracts or Parcels of Land situate lying and being
       in Prince Georges County aforesaid which peices parts or Parcels
       are respectively known by the names of the respective larger Tracts
       or Parcels of Land and contain the respective Quantities of
       Land following that is to say part of Swanstons Lott containing
       one thousand Acres of Land more or Less part of Coolspring mannor
       containing three hundred and fifteen Acres of Land more or less part
       of Hermitage containing Eight hundred and seventy three Acres
       of Land more or less part of Good Luck containing one hundred &
       fifty Acres of Land more or less and part of Denmark Containing
       three hundred and fifty five Acres of Land more or less and all ways
       Waters Water Courses Edifices Buildings Improvements advantages
       Priviledges Emoluments & appurtenances whatsoever to the said
       Messuage Tenements Hereditaments Lands and Premises or any
       of them belonging or in anywise appertaining & the Reversion &
       Reverstions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues & Profits thereof
       and of every part and parcel thereof To have and to hold the said
       Messuage Lotts Tenements Hereditaments Lands and Premisses
       with their and every of their appurtenances hereby bargained and
       sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be unto the said
       Benedict Calvert his Executors Administrators and Assigns
       for and During the Term of one whole year commencing from the
       day of next before the day of the date of these Presents and fully to
       be Compleat and ended Yeilding and Paying therefore unto
       the said Lancelot Jacques the Rent of one Pepper Corn only on
       the feast of Saint Michael the Archangel next ensuing the date of these
       Presents if the same shall be lawfully demanded To the Intent and
       purpose that the said Benedict Calvert may be in the Actual
       Possession of the said hereby bargained & sold Premises & appurtenances
       and may hereby and by force and virtue of the statute for transferring
       uses into Possession be enabled to take a grant & Release of the Reversion
       & inheritance of all and singular the said Premises to him and his
       Heirs to his and their only proper use and Behoof for ever In Witness whereof
       the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeable sett their
       hands and seals the Day and year first above written
