       Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain sale to him made
       by Indenture bearing Date the Day next before the day of
       the Date of these presents for the Term of one year Commencing
       from the Day next before the Day of the ^Date of the^ same for denture in
       Consideration of five shillings paid by the said Benjamin
       Tasker to the said Daniel Cheston and of the statute of
       Transferring uses into Possession) and to his Heirs and
       Assigns all that Lott of Ground Number one hundred and
       Eight in the City ^of^ Annapolis in Maryland in America and
       also all and every Dwelling House and Houses Stables &
       Out Houses thereon and on every part and parcell thereof
       Erected or built and also all Gardens Yards Ways Liberties
       Priviledges Easements Commodities and Enrollments whatsoever
       thereunto belonging or Accepted refused or known used
       enjoyed held Occupied or Possessed as part parcel or Member
       of the same Lately in the Tenure and Occupation of
       Samuel Ogle Esquire late Governour of Maryland And the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Proffits of all and singular the said Premisses
       and and Every part and parcell thereof To have and to
       hold the said premisses herein before mentioned or intended
       to be hereby granted and Released with every of the Rights Members
       and Appurtenances to the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs and
       Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of the said Benjamin
       Tasker his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Daniel
       Cheston for himself and his heirs doth hereby Promise Grant &
       agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs and
       Assigns to make suffer and Execute all such further and
       other Acts Matters things Devices Conveyances and Assurances
       in the Law whatsoever for the further and Better Assuring and
       Conveying of the said premisses unto the said Benjamin Tasker
       his Heirs and Assigns as by his or their Council Learned in the
       Law shall Be Reasonably devised advised or required In
       Witness whereof the said Daniel Cheston hath hereunto set
       his hand and seal the day and year above written
