          Possession of the Premisses and thereby Enabled to Accept and take
       a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance Hereof to
       him his Heirs and Assigns by Indenture intended to be made between
       the said Daniel Cheston of the one part and the said Benjamin Tasker
       of the other part and to bear Date the Day next after the Date of these
       presents   In Witness whereof the said Daniel Cheston hath hereunto
       affixed his Hand and seal the Day and year first above Written
       Sealed and Delivered
       in the presence of

                          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorced Viz.t

                                  May 14.th 1754  Came the above Named John Cole
       before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court for the Province af.d and made Oath that he saw the Above
       named Daniel Cheston Sign Seal and as his Act and Deed Deliver
       the above and within writing as his Act and Deed for the Uses and
       Purposes therein mentioned and that he the said John Cole at the
       same time sign'd as a witness thereto and saw the above Jonathan Tallamy
       also sign as a witness thereto

                   This Indenture made this second day of October in the year of
       our Lord seventeen hundred and fifty three Between Daniel Cheston
       of Bristol Merchant of the one part and Benjamin Tasker the
       younger of the City of Annapolis Esquire of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Daniel Cheston for and in Consideration of the sum
       of seventy Tons of Baltimore Pigg Iron to him in hand paid at or
       before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents by the said
       Benjamin Tasker the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath granted
       bargained sold released and Confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain
       sell release and Confirm unto the said Benjamin Tasker (in his Actual
