       This Indenture made this first day of October in the year
Exam.d of our Lord seventeen hundred and fifty three Between Daniel
       Cheston of Bristol Merchant of the one part and Benjamin
       Tasker the Younger of the City of Annapolis Esquire of the
       other part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Cheston for
       and in Consideration of the sum of seventy Tons of Baltimore
       Pigg Iron to him in hand paid at and Before the Ensealing
       and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged and for Divers other Good Causes & Considerations
       him the said Daniel Cheston hereunto moving Hath bargained
       & sold and by these presents Doth bargain and sell unto the
       said Benjamin Tasker one Lott of Ground Number one hundred
       and Eight in the City of Annapolis in Maryland in America
       and also all and every Dwelling House and Houses Stables and
       out Houses Houses thereon and on every part and parcel thereof
       Erected or built and also all Gardens Yards Ways Libe^r^ties
       Priviledges Easements Commodities and Emoluments
       Whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
       or Accepted reputed or known used enjoyed held Occupied or
       Possessed as part Parcell of Member of the same lately
       in the Tenure and Occupation of Samuel Ogle Esquire Late
       Governour of Maryland Deceased And the Reversion and
       reversions remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       of all and singular the said Premisses and of every part and Parcel
       thereof To have and to hold all and singular the Premisses herein
       before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with
       the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
       unto the said Benjamin Tasker his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns from the said first Day of October next before
       the date of these presents for and During unto the full end & Term
       of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat &
       ended Yielding and paying thereof unto the said Daniel Cheston
       his Heirs or assigns the rent of one peper Coan ^Corn^ only on the last
       day of the said Term (if the same shall be Demanded) to
       the intent and Purpose by force and Virtue of this present
       bargain and sale and the statute of Transferring Uses into
       possession the said Benjamin Tasker may being the Actual
