657 Codicil duly Proved and Remaining in the Registers Office at Dover in Kent County on Delaware Preferance thereto being had may more at Large appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Mary Ridgely and Charles Greenberry Ridgely in Pursuance of the Power to them Given by the said Will and Codicil for and In Consideration of the sum of Forty pounds Sterling to them in hand paid by the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker Junior the Receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every part thereof do Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker Junior by these Presents, have Granted, Bargained, and sold, aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these presents do Grant, Bargain, and Sell, Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto the said ^Benjamin Tasker^ and Benjamin Tasker junior their Heirs and assigns in Trust for the afs.d Benjamin Ogle his heirs and assigns Forever all the above Described Premisses and every part & Parcel thereof with the App^u^rtenances Togeather With all and singular the Houses Buildings yards ^Orchards^ Gardens Fencings ways water ways Improvements Hereditaments advantages and appurtenances unto the same belonging or in any Wise appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcel thereof with the appurtenances, To have and to hold the said Land and all & singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned or hereby Intended to be granted with their and every of their appurtenances unto the said ^Benjamin Tasker and^ Benjamin Tasker junior their Heirs and assigns to and for the use & Behoof of the said Benjamin Ogle his Heirs and Assigns For ever And to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said Mary Ridgely & Charles Greenberry Ridgely for themselves their Heirs Executors and Admx.rs do Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker junior their heirs and assigns by these presents that they the said Mary Ridgely and Charles Greenberry Ridgely & their heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times at and upon the Reasonable Request and Proper Costs and Charges in Law of the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker junior their heirs and assigns make Execute and Acknowledge and suffer all and every such further and other reasonable Act or Acts assurance or assurances Conveyance or Conveyances for the Better assuring the said Land and Premisses unto the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin Tasker junior their Heirs & assigns for the use aforesaid as by the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin |
