       Tasker junior their heirs and assigns or their Council Learned in the
       Law shall be reasonably devised or Required And Lastly the said
       Mary Ridgely and Charles Greenberry Ridgely have Constituted &
       Ordained and in their stead and place put and by these presents
       Do Constitute and ordain and in their stead and Place put
       Greenberry Ridgely of Ann Arundell County in the Province of
       Maryland Gentleman their true and Lawfull Attorney for them
       and in their names to Acknowledge these Presents to be the Act & Deed
       of them the said Mary Ridgely & Charles Greenberry Ridgely and
       the Lands and Premisses herein before mentioned to be the Estate
       Right Title and Interest of the said Benjamin Tasker and Benjamin
       Tasker junior to the use aforesaid according to the Directions of
       the Act of assembly of that Province made and Provided they the
       said Mary Ridgely and Charles Greenberry Ridgely Ratyfying and
       Confirming whatsoever their said attorney shall do in that Behalf by force
       and Virtue of these presents as fully as if the said Mary Ridgely and
       Charles Greenberry Ridgely had been Personally present doing the
       same In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have Interchangeably
       set their hands and seals the day and year first above written
       signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of

                   On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorced Viz.t


                     Maryland fs.t      Memorandum that the Eleventh day of March
       Anno Domini seventeen hundred & fifty six personally came before me
       the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       Charles Goldsborough one of the Subscribing Evidences to the within
       Deed and made Oath on the holy Evangells of Almighty that he Did
       see the within mentioned Mary Ridgely and Charles Greenberry
       Ridgely sign seal Execute and Deliver the within Deed and the
       power of attorney therein mentioned and that he the said Charles
       Goldsborough did sign as an Evidence to thereto and that he did
       did see Benjamin Chew also sign as an Evidence to the same deed
       in wittness whereof I hereto set my hand the day and year afs.d
