649 at the end of Seventy perches from the Begining of the said Second Course then with the said Second Course of the Original tract North two Degrees west forty Eight Perches to a mulbury first standing in the head of the afs.d small Branch then down the said Branch as it Runneth to the Begining Willow Saplings Containing Forty Four acres more or Less Togeather with all and Singular the Houses out houses Gardens Orchards Conveniencys and advantages THereon or thereto Belonging or in any manner of way appurtaining To have and to hold the said parcel of Land Called Buttington and premisses aforesaid with the appurtenances unto him the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman his heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman his heirs and assigns for Ever and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Edward Botiler doth for himself his heirs Executors and administrators Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman his heirs and assigns that he the said Edward Botiler and his heirs the said part of a Tract Called Buttington and Premisses afs.d with the appurtenances unto the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman his heirs and assigns forever from and against the said Henry Edward Botiler and his heirs and from and against all other persons whatsoever will well and Truly warrant and for ever hereafter Defend and the said Edward Botiler for himself & his heirs doth hereby Further Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman his heirs and assigns and every of them that he the said Edward Botiler and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times Hereafter at the reasonable Request and at the Cost and Charges in the Law of the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman his heirs and ^or^ assigns make do suffer and Execute or Cause & procure to be made done suffered and Executed all and every such Further ^better^ Conveying and assuring the Hereby bargained and sold Land & Premisses unto the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman his heirs and assigns be it by Acknowledgment or Inrolement or by any other ways and means as by his or their Councel Learned in the Law shall be reasonably advised or Required In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this Nineteenth Day of February Anno Domini seventeen hundred & fifty six Sealed and Delivered E.d Botiler Seal in presence of Jn.o Hawkins Jun.r Jn.o Stone Hawkins |
