X.d      Whereas M.r Henry Trueman in his Lifetime
       Purchased part of a Tract of Land Called Buttington of
       M.r Edward Botiler of Prince Georges County and by his
       Last will and Testament amongst other things Bequeathed
       the said part of a Tract of Land Called Buttington to
       his son Henry Trueman as P will Bearing Date the 30.th
       day of September Anno Domini seventeen hundred and
       fifty five Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said
       Edward Botiler for and in Consideration of the sum
       of three Thousand pounds of Crop Tobacco to
       him in hand already paid the Receipt whereof
       the said Edward Botiler doth hereby Acknowledge
       and himself therewith fully satisfied and
       Contented and thereof and from every part thereof
       doth acquit and Discharge the said Henry
       Trueman son to the said Henry Trueman
       his heirs and Assigns hath given granted Bargaind
       sold aliened Enfeoffed Confirmd and make over ^and by these presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Confirm and make over^ unto
       the said Henry Trueman son to the said Henry
       Trueman his heirs and assigns forever all that
       part of a Tract of Land Called Buttington Begining
       at three willow Saplings standing on a small
       Branch that falleth into a Branch which Divdeth
       Divideth Prince Georges from Charles County
       that falleth into Swansons Creek Running thence
       south Twenty nine Degrees East seven perches to
       the end of the sixth Course of M.r Henry Truemans
       first purchase of part of said Tract as P Deed of Conveyance
       bearing date December the first seventeen hundred and
       forty three it being a North Eighty Three Degrees Westbound
       of said purchase then with the said purchase reversed South
       Eighty Three Degrees East twenty Eight Perches then with the
       said Purchase reversed south seventy six Degrees East Fifty
       Eight Perches then with the said Purchase Reversed South
       seventy and one Quarter Degrees East Fifty Four perches then with
       the said purchase East fourteen Degrees North Twenty four perches
       to intersect the second Line of the original Tract of Land Called Buttington
