646) for and in Consideration of the sum of Eight thousand pounds of Crop Tobacco and seventy five Pounds Sterling money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Litchworth before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Recept whereof is hereby Acknowledged and thereof and from every part thereof doth Acquit and Discharge the said Thomas Litchworth his heirs and assigns Hath given Granted Bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed and made over and by these presents doth give grant Bargain sell alien Enfeoff Confirm and make over unto the said Thomas Litchworth his heirs and assigns for ever all that part of a tract of Land Called Buttington at a marked white Oak Standing in the main North Branch of Swansons Creek the said Oak being Corner Free of the Land of John Boague Called Redding it Being also the original Begining Tree of the original Tract of Land Called Buttington Running thence North sixteen and three Quarters Degrees East Eighty three perches with M.r Henry Trumans first Purches as by a Deed of Conveyance made by Edward Botiler to the said Trueman bearing Date December the first seventeen hundred and forty three and Recorded in Prince Georges County Land Record Book Liber B B folio 66 70 the aforesaid Eighty three Perches Ends at the End of the sixth Line of the said Conveyance and Running Thence with the said Truemans Second Purchase as P Deed to Henry Trueman Bearing Date with these presents and Recorded in the Provincial Court North Twenty Nine Degrees West Seven perches to three small willows standing in a small Branch Then up with the said purchase and with the said Branch as it runneth to a Mulbury post standing near the head of the said Branch in the second Line of the original Tract of Land Called Buttington at the End of one hundred and Eighteen perches from the Begining of the said Line then with the said Original Line North Two Degrees west one hundred and seven perches Then south Eighty Eight Degrees west untill it intersects the given Line of the original Tract then with the original given Line to the Begining Bounded white oak Containing Seventy Five Acres more or Less Together with all and singular the houses out houses gardens orchards Conveniencys & advantages thereon or thereto belonging or in any manner of way appurtaining To have and to hold the said Parcel of Land Called Buttington and premisses aforesaid with the appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Litchworth his heirs and assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Thomas Litchworth |
