645 the said John Hunt his heirs and Assigns the ^Land and^ Premisses aforesaid against him the said Joseph Froy his heirs Executors administrators shall and will warrant and for ever defend and also the said John Hunt his heirs and assigns shall and may Peaceably and Quietly have and enjoy the said mentioned and granted Premisses and every part thereof without trouble hinderence interruption molestation or Disturbance of him the said Joseph Froy his heirs or assigns in testimony whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and afixed my seal the Day and year above Written his Sealed and Delivered in Joseph I Fry Seal the Presence of Mark J Hepburn Sept.r the 1.st 1755 then Received of John Benja Brookes Hunt the sum of six hundred pounds and thirty pounds of Tobacco it being the Consideration above mentioned Witness my hand the day and year afs.d Test J Hepburn his Joseph I Fry Benj Brookes Mark On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Maryland fs.t Sept the 1.st 1755 then Came the within mentioned Joseph Froy before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the Land and Premisses within named to be the right and Estate of the within mentioned John Hunt and his Heirs forever And at the same time Came Elizabeth his wife who being Examined as the Law Directed Did Relinquish her right of Dower to the within named Lands and Premisses freely Voluntarily & of her own Accord without being induced thereto by the threats or ill usage of her Husband or the fear of his displeasure acknowledged before J Hepburn 1755 Sept.r 25.th Recd four shill sterll.s Ste.r as an alienation fine on the with^in^ one hundred acres of Land by order of the Honble ^Coll^ Edw.d Lloyd Agent for the Right Honbl.e the Lord Propry of Maryland Fees to Leonard Oliver P Geo J Hepburn 5 1/2 sids Recorded the 21.st febry 1756 X.d This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty six Between Edward Botiler of Prince Georges County Planter of the one part & Thomas Litchworth of the same County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said Edward Botiler for |
