       Officiating longer in the said office he shall deliver all the aforesaid Records
       to the Next Person or Persons succeeding in the said office in Good Order and
       Repair according to the true Intent and Meaning of the Act of Assembly in that
       Case made and Provided then the Above Obligation to be Void and of no Effect

       This Indenture made this first day of September in the Year of Our
x.d  Lord one thousand seven hundred fifty and five Between Joseph Froy of the Colony
       of Virginia of the one part and John Hunt of Charles County in the Province of
       Maryland Planter in the other part Witnesseth that the said Joseph Froy for
       and in Consideration of the sum of six hundred pounds of Tobacco to him in and
       paid by the said John Hunt before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents
       the Receipt whereof the said Joseph Froy doth hereby acknowledge hath Given Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Confirmed and made Over as by these Presents he
       the said Joseph Froy doth for himself his heirs Give Grant Bargain Enfeofe
       Confirm and make over unto him the said John Hunt his heirs and Assigns for
       Ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Kents Chance lying part in Prince
       Georges ^County^ and part in Charles County being Devided by a branch which falls
       into Swansons Creek and is the Land which Leonard Oliver now Dwells on Containing
       One hundred Acres more or less together with all the Improvements thereon or thereunto
       Belonging to the only Proper Use and Behoofe of him the said John Hunt
       his heirs and assigns forever to have and to hold the Aforesaid One hundred acres
       of Land with all and Singular the Improvements Conveniencies and Advantages
       to the said Tract of Land belonging or in aniwise appertaining unto the said
       John hunt his heirs and assigns forever and the said Joseph Froy doth for himself
       his heirs Executors Administrators Covenant Promise grant and agree to and with
