       Every Year during the said Term hereby Demised unto the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs
       and Assigns the Yearly Rent of Three Pounds three Shillings Sterling Money of Great
       Brittain And the said Benjamin Tasker for Himself his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and assigns doth Promise Covenant and Agree to and with the said John
       Raitt his Executors Administrators and Assigns by these Presents that the said
       Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns and all and every Other Person or Persons
       Persons having or Lawfully Claiming and which shall or may have or Lawfully
       Claim any Estate Right Title or Interest either in Law or Equity of in and to the
       said Lott of Ground and Premisses mentioned to be hereby leased or any Part
       or Parcell thereof from by or under the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs or assigns
       shall and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter at the Request and
       Cost and Charges in the Law of the said John Raitt his Executors Administrators or
       Assigns and upon his or their payment of the sum of three pounds three shillings
       sterling money of Great Brittain to the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs or Assigns
       at one intire Payment for and in the Nature of a Fine make and Execute a New Lease
       to the said John Raitt his Executors Administrators or Assigns of the said Lott of
       Land and Premisses mentioned to be hereby Leased for Another Term of Ninty Nine
       Years ^s.d^ which Lease so to be made shall be made to Commence from the Determination
       of the said Receited Term of ninty nine years hereby Leased and shall be
       made at and under the same Annual Rent and with the like Covenant and
       Agreement for Renewing for the further Term of Ninty Nine Years as are in these
       Presents Contained, And that the said Lease shall be forever hereafter from time
       renewed by the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs or Assigns upon his or their Payment
       of the sum of three pounds three shillings sterling money of Great Brittain at one
       intire Payment for and in the Nature of a fine for the Term of Ninty nine years
       under the same Annual Rent and with the like Covenants and Agreements as are in
       these Presents contained In Witness Whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto Interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above

       On the Back of the foregoing Lease was thus Written to Wit

       Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       of Maryland the within named Benjamin Tasker and Acknowledged the within Deed to be
       his Act and Deed and the Lott of Land and Premisses thereby leased to be the Right and
