       appear Gratis and Vouch to warrenty the said Eleanor Covington Nehemiah
       Covington and Philip Covington which said Eleanor Covington Nehemiah
       Covington and Philip Covington shall appear either in personer by
       Attorney lawfully Authorized and Enter into warrant and after their Entry
       into Warrenty shall Vouch to Warrenty the Common Vouchee To the End
       one perfect Common Recovery with Double Vouchee may be thereupon had and
       Suffered and all and every other thing and things be done and perfected needfull and
       Convenient for the having and suffering the same Recovery According to the
       Course of Common Recoveries in such Cases used and the same Recovery is to
       be Executed by one writt of Habere facias seisinam Accordingly and it is hereby
       further Covenanted Concluded and Agreed by and between all the said parties
       to these presents for themselves and Every of them their and Every of their  
       Heirs that the Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had and
       suffered of the said Messuages Tenements Lands Hereditaments and premisses
       Above Mentioned shall be and enure and Shall be Deemed Adjudged
       and Taken and is Meant and Intended and by all the said parties to these
       Presents is hereby Declared to be and Enure the said Robert Geddiss
       and his Heirs from and imediatly after Suffering the same shall stand
       and be Seized of all and Singular the said messuages Tenements
       Lands and Hereditaments above mentioned and every part and parcel
       thereof with the appurtenances to and for the only Use and Benefit and Behoof
       of him the said Daniel Jones his heirs and Assigns for ever and to &
       for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the
       parties aforesaid to this Indenture Interchangeably there hands have set
       and seals Severally affixed the day and year first above Written

       in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred fifty and five personally
       Appeared before me one of the Right Hon.ble the Lord Proprys Justices of the
       Provincial Court all the parties to the within Deed and Acknowledged the same
       According to Law And at the same time personally Appeared before me Betty
       Covington wife of the within named Nehemiah Covington and Mary the Wife
       of the within named Philip Covington party to the within Deed who
