       Acknowledgement of the same willingly and freely and without
       being induced thereto by Fears or Threats of or ill usage by

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the Tenth day of October
       in the fifth year of the Dominion of the Right Honourable Frederick
       Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of the Maryland and Avalon
       Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a and in the Year of our Lord ^God^ one thousand
       seven hundred and fifty five Between Daniel Bozman of Somersett
       County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the first Part
       Robert Elzy of the County and Province aforesaid Gent of the second
       Part Arnold Elzey of the same Place Gent of the third ^Part^ Place
       Witnesseth that the said Daniel Bozman for the Docking Barring
       and Cutting off all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail of and in the
       Messuages Tenements Lands and Hereditaments herein after mentioned
       and for the settling and assureing the same to and for the uses intents and
       Purposes herein after limitted Expressed and Declared and in that Consideration
       of the sum of five shillings Current money of Maryland to him
       in hand Paid by the said Robert Elzey the Receipt whereof is hereby
       Acknowledged and for divers good Causes and Considerations him
       the said Daniel Bozman in this behalf moveing Hath granted
