       by the name of Comforts adventure bounded limitted and Discribed (as
       in p.r by the patent of Confirmation thereof unto the said Nehemiah
       Covington and Philip Covington granted bearing date the Elevinth
       day of March in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred
       fifty and two relation being thereunto had may appear) containing
       one hundred and ninty Acres of Land be the same more or Less Together
       with all Messuages Buildings Improvements Profits Previledges
       Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever unto the aforesaid
       Tracts and parcels of land and every of them belonging or in any
       manner Appertaining and the reversions & Remainders Rents
       Issues and profits thereof or Incident thereunto To have and to hold
       the said Massuages Tenements Lands and premisses above mentioned
       and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the
       said Robert Geddiss and his Heirs forever To the intent and
       purpose only that the said Robert Geddiss shall and may
       become perfect Tenant of the freehold of the said Messuages
       Lands and Tenements and premisses and shall and may stand
       and be seized thereof untill a good and perfect Comon Recovery
       with Double Vouchers over may be Duely had suffered and
       Executed of the said Messuages Tenements Lands and premisses
       According to the usual Course of Common Recoveries for the
       Assurance of Lands and Tenements in such cases used and
       Accustomed And thereupon it is Covenanted Concluded and
       Agreed by and Between all the said parties to these presents
       for themselves and thers and every and every of their Heirs by
       these presents in manner following that is to say that the
       said Robert Geddess shall and will permit and suffer the
       said Daniel Jones before the End of October Term next coming
       to sue forth and prosecute against him the said Robert Geddiss an.s Writ
       of Entry sur Disseisin en le post returnable before his Lordships
       Justices of the provincial Court at the City of Annapolis thereby
       Demanding against the said Robert Geddis the said Messuages
       Tenements Lands Hereditaments and premisses herein before mentioned
       by such name and names number of Acres Quantitys Qualities
       Terms and Discriptions in the said writ to be Contained and in
       such manner and form as by Council learned in the Law shall be
       advised unto and upon which said writ of Entry so to be
       prosecuted and sued forth the said Robert Geddiss shall
