       the Reasonable Request and Cost and Charges in the Law of the said John Waters Jun.r
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns make do and legaly Execute all and
       every such further Lawful and Reasonable Assurance and Conveyance or Other
       Instrument of Writing for the further Assuring and Conveying the hereby Granted
       Land and Premisses unto ^him^ the said John Waters Jun.r his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns as by the said John Waters Jun.r or by his Council learned in the Law
       shall be Reasonable Advised Devised or Required and finally the said Seth Hyatt
       for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns the Land and Premisses
       aforesaid according to the meets and bounds aforesaid unto the said John Waters Jun.r
       his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns forever hereafter against all
       manner of Person or Persons Claims or Demand Whatsoever to Warrant and
       forever Defend in Testimony Whereof the Parties aforesaid to these Presents
       have interchangably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and year first

       in the Presence of

          W.m Deakens

       On the back of the foregoing Deed was thus Indorsed Viz.t

       1755  On the twenty fifth day of September Came before me one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court in the Province of Maryland the within named
       Seth Hyatt who Acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the
       Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within named John Waters
       Jun.r his heirs and Assigns forever According to the true meaning of the within Deed
       and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and Provided      And at the same
       time Came Presiler the Wife of the said Seth Hyatt and she being Examined Privately
       and out of the hearing of her said husband declareth that she Releaseth her Right
       of Dower to the Land and Premisses within mentioned and that she maketh the
       same Acknowledgement Willingly and freely and without being Inticed thereto by fears
       threats or ill usage of her said husband or for fear of his displeasure according to the
       Act of Assembly before mentioned Taken and Acknowledged the day and year above Written

       1755 Sept.r 25.th  Then Received of the sum of thirty five pounds sterling money of England being
       the full Consideration money for the within mentioned Land
       Test J Hepburn                                                                                                   Seth Hyatt

       October 15.th 1755  Rec.d of M.r John Waters Jun.r Six Shillings Sterling for his Lordships use
       (it being the Alienation fine on the within mentioned one hundred and fifty Acres of Land)
       by Virtue of a Commission from Edw.d Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and Receiver
7 1/2 General                      Recorded 15.th of October 1755
