       This Indenture Tripartite made the twenty third day of
       September in the Year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred fifty and five
       between Eleanor Covington of Somersett County in the Province of Maryland Widow
       Nehemiah Covington of the County and Province aforesaid Planter and Phillip
       Covington of the same Place Planter of the first Part; Robert Geddes of the
       County and Province aforesaid Inholder of the second Part and Daniel Jones
       of the same Place Planter of the third Part; Witnesseth that the said Eleanor
       Covington Nehemiah Covington & Phillip Covington for the Docking Barring
       and Cutting of all Estates Tail and Remainders in Tail of and in the Messuages
       Tenements of Land and Hereditaments herein after mentioned and for the
       settling and assuring the same to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes herein
       after mentioned limmitted Expressed and declared and in Consideration of the
       Sum of five shillings Current money of Maryland to them or one of them by
       and with the consent of the other of them in hand paid by the said Robert
       Geddes at or before the Sealing and delivery of these Presents the Interest
       whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for divers good Causes and Considerations
       them the said Eleanor Covington Nehemiah Covington and Phillip Covington
       in this behalf moving Have and every of them hath granted bargained and
       sold Released and Confirmed and by these presents do and every of them
       doth grant bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Robert Geddes
       and to his Heirs and Assigns forever the following Tracts and Parcells of Land
       Scituate lying and being on the North side of Many River in the said County of
       Somerset that is to say All that Tract of Land called Timber Grove Originally
       on the Twenty sixth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven
       hundred thirty and two granted unto Phillip Covington deceased Father of
       the said Nehemiah and Phillip Beginning at a marked Gum standing on the
       Eastermost side of a small Branch issuing out of the head of Great Money
       River or Creek near to a Parcell of Land formerly Surveyed for one Thomas Carey
       and from thence with a line drawn south twenty degrees West one hundred and
       fifty Perches thence East twenty degrees South one hundred ninty and four
       Poles thence North six degrees West one hundred and eighty Poles thence with
       a Right line to the first bounder Containing and laid out for one hundred and
       fifty Acres of Land be the same more or less (as in and by the said Grant
       Relation being thereto had may appear) All that Part or Parcell of a Tract
       of Land called Second Choice Beginning at a marked Pine Separating from
       the Land formerly of one Thomas Carey thence Running down the side of the
       said River West sixty Poles thence North one hundred and ninty Poles
       thence East half south thirty seven Poles thence North three hundred forty
