       and fifty Acres of Land more or less together with all and Singular the Houses Orchards
       Fences and all other Appurtenances thereunto belonging or any ways appertaining and also
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the
       said Hyde Hoxton of in and unto the said Tract Ninety and half part of the same from any other
       Estate Right Title and Interest hereunto together with all Deeds Writing Escripts and
       Minaments touching or concerning the before mentioned Land and Premisses or any part or
       Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Moiety or one half part or Parcel thereof with
       their and every of their Appurtenances ^before^ by these Presents Bargained and Sold meant
       mentioned or Intended to be hereby Granted Bargained and Sold and every part and
       thereof unto him the said Edward Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to his and their
       only proper use and Behoofe of him the said Edward Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for
       Ever and the said Hyde Hoxton for himself & his Heirs Doth hereby Covenant Promise
       Grant and agree to and with the said Edward Norwood his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns by these Presents that the said tract or Parcel of Land meant or Intended to
       be meant or mentioned or Intended to be hereby Bargained and Sold and every part and
       Parcel both now and at all times for Ever hereafter shall be remain and Continue to him
       the said Edward Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the only proper use of him
       the said Edward Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatever and that free and Clearly hath Acquitted and Discharged or otherwise will ^well^ and
       sufficiently save and keep harmless of and from all manner of Persons who shall lay any
       Claim or Claims by or under him the said Hyde Hoxton or his Heirs for Ever And also
       forty five Acres of Land called Addition to the Unitted Friendship and by these Presents he
       the said Hyde Hoxton for himself and his Heirs Executors Administrators doth Warrant
       and Defend the said Land called Addition to the Unitted Friendship Originally Surveyed
       and laid out for a certain Francis Dorsey and Edward Dorsey to which Reference had will
       more full and at large appear by the Certificate of Survey taken and returned by and in the
       Names of them the said Francis and Edward Dorsey and by these Presents he the said
       Hyde Hoxton doth hereby further Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Edward
       Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for ever that he the said Edward Norton his Heirs or
       Assigns shall and may for Ever hereafter have hold use Occupy Possess and Enjoy the aforementioned
       Land and Premisses by Estimation Containing and now laid out for three hundred
       Ninety and five Acres of Land more or less with the Houses Orchards Fences with all and
       Singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or any ways appertaining according to the true
       Intent and meaning or intended to be meant Bargained or Sold and every part and parcell
       thereof shall be both now and at all times hereafter be Remain and continue to him the
       said Edward Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to his and their own proper use
       and behoofe of him the said Edward Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to no
       other use intent or purpose whatever that free and Clearly hath Acquitted Exonerated
       and Discharged or otherwise will well and sufficiently save and keep harmless of an
       from all manner of Persons whatsoever who shall lay any Claim or Claims Rights or
       Titles by or under him the said Hyde Hoxton or his Heirs to him the said Edward Norwood
       will Warrant and for Ever Defend from all Rents or Arrears of Rent or any other
       Claims by or under him the said Hyde Hoxton In Witness whereof the said Hyde Hoxton
       hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the Day and Year above written
