       for the Sum of of thirty pounds Gold to Frederick Sheats One Hundred Acres for the Sum of twenty
       Pounds Gold to John Shrier One Hundred Acres for the Sum of twenty Pounds Gold to David Young
       One Hundred and fifty Acres for the Sum of thirty pounds Gold to George Shrier fifty Acres for the     
       Sum of thirty seven Pounds ten Shillings Current Money to George Counce One Hundred Acres
       and fifty two Acres for the Sum of thirty Pounds Gold And Whereas the said John Digges hath
       in Pursuance of his said Agreement and Sale Convey'd unto George Counce on the tenth
       Day of October One Thousand seven hundred forty four for the Consideration above
       Expressed One Hundred and fifty Acres of Land as before mentioned And Whereas the said
       John Digges hath also Conveyed on the fifteenth Day of November One Thousand seven
       Hundred and forty nine unto all the other Persons herein before mentioned for the Considerations
       before Express'd the several Parcels of Land herein before Recited Now this present
       Instrument or Deed of Release Doth Witness that I Charles Carroll for myself my
       Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assigns do Quit Claim and Release unto the several Persons
       above mentioned the Lands so as afs.d Convey'd convey'd to them by the said John Digges
       To have and to hold unto the several Persons herein before mentioned the several Parcels
       of Land herein likewise before mentioned and to their Heirs for Ever according to the true
       Intent and meaning of the afs.d Deeds Executed by the said John Digges In Witness
       whereof and the foregoing Premisses the said Charles Carroll hath hereunto set his hand
       and Affixed his Seal this Eighteenth Day of April Anno Domini 1750

       1750 April 18.th Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of
6     the Provincial Court Charles Carroll Esq.r and acknowledged the within Deed of Release
        Pursuant to an Act of Assembly in such cases made and provided

Ex.d This Indenture made this fourteenth Day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ
        seventeen hundred and fifty Between M.r Hyde Hoxton of Ann Arundel County in the Province      
       of Maryland Gent.n of the one part and Edward Norwood of Baltimore County in the Province
       afs.d of the other Part Planter Witnesseth that the said Hyde Hoxton for and in Consideration
       of the full and Just Sum of two hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to
       him the said Hyde Hoxton in hand paid the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and every
       part and Parcel thereof Doth hereby Acquit and Discharge him the said Edward Norwood
       and his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and by these Presents he the said Hyde Hoxton hath
       Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents
       Do fully Clearly and Absolutely Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm
       unto him the said Edward Norwood his Heirs and Assigns for Ever all that Moiety or one
       half part of a Tract or Parcel of Land called the Unitted Friendship lying on the North side
       of Patapsco River in Baltimore County the said Parcel of Land was Originally Granted
       unto a certain John Larkins Viz.t Beginning at a Bounded Oak by the River side standing
       on the West side of the Mouth of a Cove called Davises Run Cove and running thence
       North thirteen Degrees West three hundred thirty five Perches to the head line of the Land
       called Larkins Addition then Running with the said Line West South West One hundred
       and twenty Perches then South two hundred and thirty Perches then South West forty four
       Perches South by West twenty three      then South South East thirty Perches then
       East South East twenty Perches to the Southermost Tree of Larkins Addition by the
       River then to the first Bounded Oak Containing and now laid out for three hundred
