       Abraham Wood doth hereby for himself his heirs Executors and
       Admin.rs further Covenant and Agree to and with the Said John
       Brightwell and Isaac Wood their heirs and assigns
       that the said John Brightwell and Isaac Wood their heirs and
       assigns shall and may for Ever hereafter peaceably to and quietly
       have hold use Occupy and Enjoy the af.d Tract of Land and
       Premisses with all the Buildings and Improvements thereon
       with their and Every of their Appurtenances free and Clear of
       and from all Incumbrances whatsoever               In the same
       Manner and form as he the said Abraham Wood or his heirs
       Could would have enjoyed the same if this Conveyance had
       Never been made And that the aforesaid Abraham Wood
       for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth fully acknowledge
       the af.d Tract or Parcell of Land called Woods Farm Containing
       Three hundred and forty five Acres to be and Remain the Property of the
       above said John Brightwell and Isaac Wood and their heirs for
       ever and that the af.d Abraham Wood doth Warrant and for
       ever defend all the whole right and property that he the aforesaid
       Abraham Wood Now hath of the above said Tract of Land called
       Called Woods Farm unto the af.d John Brightwell and Isaac Wood
       and their Heirs for Ever against all Persons whatsoever Claiming
       or pretending to Claim by or under the above said Abraham
       Wood his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns In Testimony
       whereof the above said Abraham Wood to this present
       Indenture hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his Seal
       the Day and Year first above written

                Signed Sealed & Delivered
                In presence of Us
                Alex.r Ross Benj.a Beall
                                                       At the foot of the aforegoing Release
                                                       was thus Endorsed Viz.t

             Maryland July the Nineteenth Anno Domini One thousand
       seven hundred and fifty five   Then Came Abraham Wood Party in the
       above Indenture and Acknowledged the Same to be his Act and
       Deed according to the Acts of Assembly in Such Cases made
       and provided
          Acknowledged before

       Recorded July 19.th 1755
