       and parcell of them To have and to hold the said Tract or
       Parcell of Land and all and Singular other the Premisses herein
       before mentioned and Intended to be hereby granted with their
       and Every of their appurtenances unto the said Basil Dorsey
       his Heirs and assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof
       of him the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and assigns and
       they the said John Carmack Stephen Richards and Daniel Richards
       for themselves and their Heirs the said Tract or Parcell of Land and
       all and Singular other the premisses with their and Every of their
       appurtenances unto him the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and
       Assigns and all Persons Claiming by from or under them or
       any or Either of them shall and will Warrant and for Ever defend
       In Witness whereof the Partys to these Presents have hereunto
       Interchangably sett their hands and Seals the Day and
       Year first above written
