       to be the right and Estate of the said Basil Dorsey and his
       Heirs according to the Direction of the Act of Assembly in
       that Case made and provided
          Acknowledged Before us this Nineteenth Day of June 1753

       July 8.th 1755   Received of M.r Basil Dorsey one Shilling Sterling
       for his Lordships Use (it being the Alienation Fine on the
       within Mentioned Twenty five Acres of Land) by Virtue of a Commission
       from Edward Lloyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent
       and Receiver General

             This Indenture made this Eleventh Day of July in
       the Year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred and fifty five between
       Joseph Nicholson jun.r of Ann Arundell County of the one part and Henry
       Gassaway of the same County Gent of the other part Whereas the aforesaid
       Henry Gassaway being Seised by an Estate Tail in the Three Several
       Tracts or parcells of Land following to wit all that Tract or parcell
       of Land with the appurtenances in Ann Arundell County called
       Love's Neck containing Fifty acres of Land and also all that Tract or
       Parcell of Land called Wrighton in the County af.d containing one
       hundred Acres of Land and also all that other Tract or Parcell of Land
       with the appurtenances called the Addition in the County aforesaid
       Containing Fifty Acres of Land And Whereas for ^barring &^ Docking all Estates
       Tail Remainders and Reversions of Estates Tail one perfect recovery
       was had and suffered in common and usual form thereof at a provincial
       Court held at Annapolis the third Tuesday of May last past
       as by the Records and proceedings of the said Court reference being thereunto
       had may more fully appear And whereas the same was so had
       and Suffered to the Intent and purpose that the said Henry Gassaway
       might have a Compleat and Absolute Estate in Fee Simple
       of him and heirs and assigns for Ever of the af.d three Several Tracts
       or Parcells of Land af.d   Now this Indenture Witnesseth that
