       Executors and Assigns Doth Covenant Promise Grant and agree to &
       with the said William Waters jun.r his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns that he the said Richard Snowden his
       Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns ^shall and will at the Reasonable request and Cost and Charges in the Law of the said W.m Waters jun.r his heirs Exors Adm.rs & Assigns^ Make Doe & Legally
       Execute all and Every such further Lawfull and reasonable assurance
       and Conveyance or other Instrument of Writing for the further assuring
       and Conveying The hereby Granted Land and Premisses unto him
       the said William Waters jun.r his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and assigns as by the said William Waters jun.r or his Council
       Learned in the Law Shall be reasonable Advised Divised or required
       and Finally the said Richard Snowden for himself his Heirs
       Executors Administrators & assigns the Land and Premisses af.d
       According to the Meets and Bounds af.d Unto the said William
       Waters jun.r his Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns for ever
       hereafter against all Manner of Person or Persons Clames or
       Demands Whatsoever to Warrant and for Ever Defend In testimony
