       or cause and procure to be made done and Executed all and Every Such
       further and other lawful and reasonable Act and Acts assurance and
       assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and more sure &
       perfect conveying and assuring the Land and Premisses above Mentioned
       with the appurtenances unto the said William Tippett his heirs
       and assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of these
       Presents as by the said William Tippett his Heirs or assigns or his
       or their Councell learned in the Law Shall be reasonably devised advised
       or required In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have
       Interchangeably Set their hands and seals the Year Month and

Ex.d      This Indenture made this thirty first Day of May in  
       the Year of Our Lord God Seventeen hundred and Fifty Five Between
       Richard Snowden of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland
       Gentleman of the one part And William Waters jun.r of the same
       County and Province Calpender of the other part Witnesseth that the said
       Richard Snowden for and in Consideration of fifty nine Pounds Eight
       Shillings Sterling Money of England by the said William Waters jun.r
       to the Said Richard Snowden in hand paid before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents hath Granted Bargained Sold Sett Over &
       Confirmed and by these presents doth Grant Bargain Sell Sett
       over and Confirm unto the said William Waters jun.r his heirs and
       assigns for ever a Certain part of a Tract or parcell of Land called the
       three Beales Mannor it Lying in Frederick County and Beginning
       at a Bounded Hicory Tree of Gary Davies Land and Likewise
       the Beginning Tree of Francis Edwards Land and Running with
       Francis Edwards Given Line North Eighty two Degrees East one
       hundred and forty six perches and at the End of Said Line to begin
