583) same court who Shall thereupon appear and enter into the said Warranty and after Imparlance shall make default and depart in contempt of the Court so that one or more common Recovery or Recoveries Shall and May be had and Suffered of the said Premisses with proper Judgments to be Given thereon and Execution awarded according to the Course of Common Recoveries for assurance of Lands and Tenements in like cases used & accustomed And it is hereby declared and agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these presents and the Assurances hereby made as also the said Common Recovery or Recoveries so as af.d or in any other manner or at any other time had or Suffered or to be had or Suffered by or between the said Parties to these Presents or any of them their or any of their Heirs and all and every Common Recovery and Recoverys Fines Conveyances and assurances in the Law whatsoever already had made levied Suffered or executed of the Said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses or any part thereof by or between the said Parties to these presents or any of them or whereunto they or any of them Shall be parties and privies shall be and enure ^and shall be adjudged deemed construed and taken And are and were meant & intended & hereby declared to be endorsed^ and the Recover or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries Named or to be Named and his and their Heirs shall stand and be Seized of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and premisses and Every part thereof to and for the only use and behoof of the said William Tippett and of his Heirs and assigns for Ever And to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Thomas Standage and Margarett his Wife and George Luxford doth hereby for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant promise Grant and agree to & with the Said William Tippett his Heirs and Assigns that he the said William Tippett his Heirs and assigns Shall and may from time to time and at all times hereafter for ever peaceably and quietly enter into have hold occupy possess and enjoy all and Singular the premisses above mentioned and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances without the let Trouble Interruption or denial of them the said Thomas Standage and Margaret his Wife their Heirs or assigns and of all and every other Person or Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim by from or under them or any of them And further that the said Thomas Standage and Margaret his Wife and their Heirs and ^or^ assigns and every other Person or Persons whatsoever and his and their Heirs any thing having and Claiming in the Said Premisses or any part thereof by from or under them or any of them shall and will at any time or times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges of the said Thomas Standage (and) |
