       or Names Quantity or Quantities Quality or Qualities Number or Content of Acres as shall be thought fit
       and requisite unto which said Writ or Writs the said Humphrey Boone shall appear in proper Person and shall
       Vouch to Warranty John Boone and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd who shall appear Gratis upon the Voucher
       and shall enter into Warranty and shall Vouch over to Warranty the Common Vouchee and the common
       Vouchee shall appear and Imparle and afterwards make default whereby one or more Recovery or Recoverys
       Judgment or Judgments may be had and given for the said Basil Dorsey for Recovery of the said Lands
       Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses afsd against the said Humphrey Boone and for the said Humphrey
       Boone to recover over in Value against the said John Boone and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd and for
       the said John Boone and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd to recover over in Value against the Common
       Vouchee according to the manner and form of Common Recoveries in such Cases used And it is further
       Covenanted Granted Concluded Agreed and Declared by and between all and every the said parties to
       these Presents and the true Intent and meaning of the parties to these Presents is That form and immediately
       after the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall be had prosecuted and suffered as afsd of the said
       Premisses the said Recovery or Recoveries shall be and enure and shall be Construed Esteemed Adjudged and
       taken to be and enure and are hereby declared to have been intended to be and enure That the said Basil
       Dorsey and all and every other Person and Persons which shall be Seised of the Premisses or any part thereof  
       by force or Virtue of the said Common Recovery or Recoveries shall stand and be seized thereof and of every
       part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to and for the only Use and behoof of the
       said John Boone and Mary his Wife and their Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other Use Intent
       or Purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set
       their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written

       Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within mentioned
       John Boone and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd and Acknowledged the within Deed as their Act and Deed
12   according to the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided and the said Mary being examined by me
       privately out of the hearing of her said Husband declared she became a party to the said Deed and made
       her Acknowledgment of the same willingly and freely without being induced thereto by fears of threats
       of or ill Usage of her ^said^ Husband or fear of his Displeasure
                      Acknowledged before me this twenty sixth day of March Anno Domini 1750

Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents that Whereas M.r John Digges now of Conowago in
       Frederick County Gent By several Deeds and Mortgages Hath Engaged to Charles Carroll
       Esq.r Party to these Presents All his Lands at Conewago afs.d But Whereas before the Date
       and Execution of the said Deeds the said John Digges had Sold or agreed to Sell unto the
       following Persons the several Parcels of Land herein after mentioned for the Consideration
       herein after also expressed Viz.t unto Peter Shultz Two hundred and nine Acres for the Sum
       of One Hundred and fifty Pounds Current Money To Andrew Harrier Two hundred Acres for
       the Sum of Forty Pounds Gold to Andrew Shriver One Hundred twenty five Acres for the
       Sum of Twenty five Pounds Gold to Conrad Acord Seventy Acres for the Sum of Fifteen Pounds
       Gold to Stephen Ullerey One Hundred and fifty Acres for the Sum of thirty Pounds Gold to
       Peter Welty Eighty six Acres for the Sum of Twenty Pounds Gold to Christian Hovert One
       Hundred Acres for twenty Pounds Gold to Michael Will One Hundred forty seven Acres
