Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and
       fifty Between John Boone of Ann Arundel County Gentleman and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd of Ann Arundel
       County Planter of the one part and Humphrey Boone of the same County Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said John Boone and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings
       of Lawfull Money of Great Britain to them in hand paid by the said Humphrey Boone at or before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged have bargained and Sold and by these Presents
       do Bargain and Sell unto the said Humphrey Boone all that Tract or Parcel of Land called Maidenstone lying in
       Ann Arundel County on the West side of Chesepeak bay on the North side of a River in the said Bay called Severn
       River and on the East side of a Creek called Broad Creek in a Neck called Broad Neck Containing two hundred and
       Fifty Acres of Land with the Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land Tenements
       Hereditaments and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby Bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby Bargained
       and Sold unto the said Humphrey Boone his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the
       day of the date of these Presents for during and unto the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing
       and fully to be Compleat and ended To the Intent and Purpose that the said Humphrey Boone may be the better enabled
       to receive and take a Grant or Release of the Premisses hereby Bargained and Sold or mentioned or intended to be
       hereby Bargained and Sold to him and his Assigns for and during the Natural life of the said Humphrey Boone
       in such Sort manner and form as in and by one Indenture intended to bear date the day next after the day of the
       date of these Presents the same shall be Granted Released and Conveyed In Witness whereof the parties to these
       Presents have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written

Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made the twenty sixth day of March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand
       Seven hundred and fifty Between John Boone of Ann Arundel County Gentleman and Mary his Wife and Charles
       Todd of Ann Arundel County Planter of the first part Humphrey Boone of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the
       Second part and Basil Dorsey of Ann Arundel County Gentleman of the third part Witnesseth that the said John Boone
       and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings of Lawfull Money of
       Great Britain to them in hand paid by the said Humphrey Boone at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
       Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for and in Consideration of the farther Sum of eighty Pounds
       Current Money of Maryland by the said John Boone to the said Charles Todd in hand paid at or before the Ensealing
       and delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged have Given Granted Released & Confirmed
       and by these Presents do Give Grant Release and Confirm unto the said Humphrey Boone all that Tract or Parcel
       of Land called Maidenstone lying in Ann Arundel County on the West side of Chesepeak Bay on the North side
       of a River in the said Bay called Severn River and on the East side of a Creek called Broad Creek in a Neck called
       broad Neck containing two hundred and fifty Acres of Land with the Appurtenances late in the Tenure or Occupation
       of the said John Boone and Mary his Wife and Charles Todd (but now all in the Actual Possession of the said
       Humphrey Boone by force of an Indenture of Bargain and Sale thereof made bearing date the day before the date
       of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring ^of^ Uses into Possession being) To have and to hold all and
       Singular the said Tract or Parcel of Land and all and every the Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby Given Granted
       released and confirmed or mentioned or intended to be hereby Given Granted Released and Confirmed unto the said
       Humphrey Boone and his Assigns for and during the Natural life of the said Humphrey to the Intent and Purpose
       that the said Humphrey Boone shall and may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of all the said Lands and Premisses
       untill one or more good and perfect Recovery or Recoveries may be had against him the said Humphrey Boone
       of the same Lands and Premisses and it is Covenanted granted Concluded and Agreed by and between all the said
       parties to these Presents that it shall and may be Lawfull to and for the said Basil Dorsey before the last of the
       next Provincial Court ensuing the date of these Presents to Prosecute out of the high Court of Chancery one or more
       Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin en le post against the said Humphrey Boone returnable to the next
       Provincial Court whereby the said Basil Dorsey shall and may respectively demand against the said Humphrey
       Boone all and Singular the aforementioned Lands and Premisses with the Appurtenances by such Name
