       the day of the date thereof and by Force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession and to his Heirs all
       those Tracts or Parcels of Plantable Land all Situate lying and being in Saint Marys County afsd following
       to wit Trent Neck containing Six hundred Acres of Land more or less The Wedge containing Seventy five
       Acres of Land more or less The Refuse containing one hundred and forty Acres of Land more or less Backland
       containing one hundred & Seventy five Acres of Land more or less, Suenton containing one hundred Acres of Land
       more or less and the Inclosure containing one hundred and ten Acres of Land more or less all which Several Tracts
       of Land were reduced into one entire Tract by Patent of Confirmation heretofore granted unto Thomas Trueman
       Greenfield late of Saint Marys County afsd bearing date the Tenth day of September in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and sixteen and called Trent Neck containing two Thousand three hundred fifty and four Acres
       of Land more or less lying and being in Saint Marys County afsd with the Appurtenances thereto belonging or
       in any wise appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
       and Profits of the said Lands Tenements & Premisses with their and every of their Appurtenances and all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Possession Claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law and in
       Equity of him the said Kenelm Trueman Greenfield of in or to the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and
       Premisses or any part of them and all Deeds Writings and Evidences concerning the said Premisses or any
       part of them To have and to hold all and singular the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments & Premisses
       hereby Granted and Released ^or mentioned or intended to be Granted and released^ with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said John Estep his Heirs and
       Assigns to and for the Use and behoof of him the said Robert Swann his Heirs and Assigns forever to the Intent
       and Purpose that he the said Robert Swann may be perfect Tenant of the Freehold of the said Premisses that
       a Common Recovery May be had and suffered against him in such manner as is herein after mentioned And
       for that Purpose it is Covenanted & agreed by and between all the said parties to these Presents that before the end
       of next April Term or some other ensuing Term at the Costs and Charges of the said Kenelm Trueman
       Greenfield one or more Writ or Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post shall and may be brought commenced
       and Prosecuted out of his Lordships High Court of Chancery returnable and to be returned before his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court at Annapolis in the Name of the said John Estep as Plaintiff a Demandant
       against the said Robert Swann as Tenant whereby the said John Estep shall demand against the said
       Robert Swann the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses herein before granted & released or
       mentioned or intended so to be with their and every of their Appurtenances by such Apt and Convenient
       Names and Discriptions as shall be thought proper to ascertain the same to which Writ the said Robert
       Swann shall appear Gratis in his own proper Person or by his Attorney or Attorneys lawfully Authorized
       and Shall Vouch to Warrant the same Premisses the said Kenelm Trueman Greenfield who shall appear
       Gratis in his own proper Person or by his Attorney or Attorneys lawfully Authorized and enter into the said Warranty ^& Vouch over to warrant the same Premisses the Common Vouchee of the same Court who shall there upon appear center into the said Warranty^
       and after Imparlance make default and depart in Contempt of the Court so that one or more common Recovery
       or Recoverys shall and may be had and Suffered of the said Premisses with proper Judgments to be thereupon
       given and Executions Awarded according to the Course of Common Recoverys for Assurance of Lands and
       Tenements in like Cases used and Accustomed And it is hereby Declared and Agreed by and between all the
       said parties to these PResents that from and after the suffering and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoverys
       as well these Presents and the Assurance hereby made as also the Common Recovery or Recoverys so
       as afd or in any other manner or at any other time or times had or Suffered or to be had or Suffered by
       or between the said parties to these Presents or any of them their or any of their Heirs and all and
       every other common Recovery or Recoverys Fines Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever
       already had made levyed Suffered or Executed or hereafter to be had made levyed suffered or Executed of the
       said Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Premisses or any part thereof by or between the said parties to these
       Presents or any of them or whereunto they or any of them shall be parties or Privies shall be and enure and shall
       be Adjudged deemed Construed and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby Declared to be
       and enure and the Recoveror and Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoverys named or to be named and his
       and their Heirs shall stand and be Seised of the said Lands Tenements Hereditaments & Premisses and
       every part thereof to and for the only proper Use and behoof of the said Kenelm Trueman Greenfield
       and of his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever In
       Witness whereof the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and
