544) Course of the Land Called Meeks Delight then Bounding on the said Land Reverse of the Course thereof the six following courses (Viz.t) North thirty five Degrees West One hundred and thirty three perches to the End of the fourth Course of the said land North fifty five Degrees East Eighty perches South Sixty six Degrees East forty four perches South forty Eight Degrees West forty eight Perches South twenty Seven Degrees East twenty eight Perches to the Beginning Trees of the said Land then with the given Line South seven Degrees East twelve Perches North then East Twenty perches North Twenty nine perches then with a straight Line to the first four Notched Spanish Oak Containing and Laid out for One hundred and Seventy one Acres of Land More or Less together with all and Singular the premisses and appurtenances to the same or any part or parcell thereof belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the said parcell of Land together with all and Singular the premisses and appurtenances unto the said William Ridgley his Heirs and Assigns for Ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said William Ridgley his heirs and Assigns for Ever and the said Philemon Dorsey and Eliz.th Ridgley do for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the said William Ridgley his Heirs and Assigns that he the Said William Ridgley his heirs shall and may peaceably and quietly hold occupy possess and Enjoy the Bargained Premisses with their appurtenances free from the Lott Suit Molestation or Interruption of them the said Philemon Dorsey and Eliz.th Ridgley their heirs and ^or^ Assigns or any other person or Persons whatsoever Claiming by from or under them the said Philemon Dorsey and Eliz.th Ridgley their Heirs & Assigns will Warrant and for Ever defend And further that they the said Philemon Dorsey and Elizabeth Ridgley and their Heirs shall upon request and at the Charges in the Law of him the said William Ridgly his Heirs and Assigns make do Suffer Acknowledge and Execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or Things in the Law whatsoever that shall by the said William Ridgely his Heirs or Assigns his or their Council Learned in the Law be reasonably devised advised or required for the better and more Sure Making the said Bargained (Premisses) |
