       Intended so to be with their and Every of their Appurtenances of a Good
       Sure Lawfull Absolute and undefeasible Estate of Inheritance in
       fee Simple to him and his Heirs without any Revertion or Remainder
       Trust Limitation Power of Revocation use or Uses or any other Matter
       Restraint or thing whatsoever to alter Change Charge revoke make void
       Lessen incumber or determine the Same (the Rents and Services due to
       the Chief Lords of the fee only excepted) And further that the they
       the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer or Either of them their or Either of their
       Heirs and Assigns Shall or Lawfully may from time to time and at all
       Times from and after Default Shall happen to be made of or in paym.t
       of the said sum of Two Thousand Six hundred and four pounds
       or the Interest thereof or any part thereof Contrary to the Form and Effect
       of the af.d Provisoe and Covenant for payment of the same and the true
       intent and meaning of these Presents peaceably and quietly enter into
       have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said Messuages Tenements
       Lands Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and premisses with the
       Appurtenances and have receive and take the Rents Issues and
       Profitts thereof to their own Use and Uses without the Lawfull Lott
       Hinderance Interruption or Denial of the said James Johnson
       his heirs or Assigns or of or by any other Person or Persons whatsoever
       and that free and Clear and freely and Clearly acquitted Exonerated
       and Discharged or Otherwise by the said James Johnson his heirs
       Executors and ^or^ Administrators well and sufficiently saved Defended and
       kept harmless and indemnified of from and against all and all
       Manner of Former and Other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales
       Mortgages Assignments Rents and Arrears of Rents Jointures
       Settlements Wills Uses Trusts Intails Statutes Recognizances
       Dower Judgments Extents Executions Estates Titles Charges and
       all other Incumbrances whatsoever (Except as before Excepted) had
       made done committed suffered or be had made done Committed
       or suffered by the said James Johnson his heirs and Assigns
       or by any other Person or Persons whensoever And Moreover that
       he the said James Johnson his Heirs Exec.rs and Adm.rs
       and all and Every other Person and Persons having or Lawfully
       Claiming or which Shall or may have or Lawfully Claim any
       Estate Right Title Trust or Interest Either in Law or Equity
       of into or out of the Said fourth part or share of and in the said
       Messuages or Tenements Lands Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments
       and premisses hereby Granted and Conveyed or Mentioned or intended
       so to be or any of them or any part thereof Shall and Will from
       time to time and at times from and after Default Shall
