       The same or any part thereof for or in respect of any Taxes Charges
       Assessments Remittances Freight Payments or other matter cause or
       thing whatsoever Taxed Charged or imposed or to be taxed Charged or
       imposed upon the premisses or any of them or upon the said Walter Ewer
       and John Ewer their Executors Administrators or Assigns for or in respect
       thereof by Authority of Payment or Otherwise howsoever then and in
       Such Case the Said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their Heirs or Assigns
       Shall and will at any time or Times then after upon the request and at
       the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said James Johnson his
       Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns Reconvey the said Messuages
       Lands Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and Premisses
       with their Appurtenances unto the said James Johnson his heirs
       and Assigns or as he or they Shall in that behalf direct or appoint free
       from all Incumbrances made or done or to be made or done by the said
       Walter Ewer & John Ewer or either of them their or Either of their Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns or any other person or persons
       Lawfully Claiming or to Claim from by or under them or Either of them
       any thing herein Contained to the Contrary thereof in anywise Notwithstanding
       and the said James Johnson doth hereby for himself his heirs
       Executors and Administrators Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to
       and with the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their Executors Adm.rs and
       Assigns in Manner following that is to say that he the Said James
       Johnson his Heirs Exec.rs or Administrators shall and will well and
       truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer
       their Executors Administrators or Assigns the said Sum of Two
       Thousand Six hundred and four pounds together with Interest for
       the Same at and after the rate of Five pounds per Centum per Annum
       at Such time and place as is herein before mentioned for payment thereof
       without any Deduction or abatement according to the purport of the af.d provisoe
       and the true intent and meaning of these presents and also shall and will
       at his their or some their own proper Costs and Charges bear Satisfie and
       pay all Such Taxes Charges Freight Assessments and payments
       and ^as af.d^ thereof and therefrom Shall and will Save defend and keep harmless
       and undemnified the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their Heirs Exec.rs
       Administrators and assigns and the said Sum of Two Thousand
       Six hundred and four pounds and the Interest thereof as af.d And
       Also that He the Said James Johnson is and Standeth Lawfully
       Rightfully and Absolutely Seized in his Demesne as of Fee
       ^of^ and of in one full and Equall undivided fourth part or Share of and in the
       Said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments
       and premisses hereby Granted and Conveyed or Mentioned or
