       Happen to be made of or in payment of the said sum of Two Thousand
       six hundred and four pounds or the Interest thereof or any part thereof
       Contrary to the Form and Effect of the af.d Provisoe and Covenant for payment of
       the Same and the true intent and meaning of these presents upon any
       Reasonable request and at the Costs and Chargers in the Law of the said James
       Johnson his Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns make do acknowledge
       Levy Execute or Suffer or Cause or prosecute ^Procure^ to be made done acknowledged
       Levied Executed and Suffered all and every such further and other
       Lawfull ^and Reasonable^ Acts Deeds and Things devices Conveyances and Assurances in
       the Law whatsoever for the further better and more Effectually granting
       Conveying and Assuring the said fourth part of them the said James
       Johnson his Heirs Executors Administrators or assigns of and in the said
       Messuages or Tenements Lands Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments
       and premisses hereby Released or Conveyed or intended to be with their &
       Every of their appurtenances unto and to the use of the said Walter and
       John Ewer their heirs and assigns freed and Absolutely Discharged of
       and from the af.d provisoe or agreement for Redemption of the premisses
       and all Equity thereupon as by the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer
       or Either of them their or Either of their Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns or their ow either of their Councel Learned in the Law shall
       be Reasonably Devised or advised and required And Lastly
       it is hereby agreed by and between the said Parties to these presents that
       untill such Default as aforesaid Contrary to the true intent and Meaning
       of the above Written provisoe and Covenant It shall and may be
       Lawfull to and for the said James Johnson his Heirs and Assigns
       Peaceably and quietly to have hold and enjoy the said ^fourth part or share of and in the said Messuages or Tenements Lands Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and^ premisses
       and to receive and take the Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and
       of Every part thereof to and for his and their own Use and Benefitt
       without the Lawfull Lott Suit Trouble or Interruption by the said Walter &
       John Ewer or Either of them their or Either of their Heirs Executors Administrators
       or assigns or any of them or of or by any other Person or Persons
       Lawfully Claiming or to Claim from by or under or in trust for them ^any^ or Either
       of them In Witness whereof the said partys to these presents have
       hereunto Interchangeably Sett their hands and Seals the day and year first
       above Written                                                 James   Seal   Johnson

                                                    On the Back of the aforegoinge Mortgage was
                                                    thus Endorsed (Viz.t)

       Memorandum the 12.th day of March 1754 I the within Named
       James Johnson do hereby acknowledge and agree that the within Named
       Walter and John Ewer at or before the Execution of the within Indenture
       have really advanced and paid to or for My Use and at My request the
