538) and Iron works or any part thereof or thereupon used worked or Enjoyed by whatsoever Name or Names Description or Descriptions the same are or may be described called or or known or also of and in all Ways Waters Watercourses Plantations Trees Woods Underwoods Commons Common of Pasture Mine Oar Goods Profitts Commodities Rights Liberties Advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and Premisses or any part or parcell of them belonging or in any wise appertaining or with them or any of them Used Occupied Possessed or enjoyed all which said Messuages Lands Tenements Ironworks Negroes Hereditaments and Premisses Mentioned or intended to be hereby granted and released are now by ^in^ the Actual Possession of the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to them thereof made by the said James Johnson for the Term of one whole whole year in Consideration of Five shillings to him paid by the said Walter and John Ewer in and by one Indenture bearing date the day Next before the Day of the Date of these presents and by force of the Statute for Transfering Uses into possession and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and of Every part and parcell thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said James Johnson of into or out of the said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Works Negroes Hereditaments and Premisses Mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted and Released or any of them or any part or parcell thereof To have and to hold the Said Messuages Lands Tenements Ironworks Negroes Hereditaments and all and Singular other the Premisses mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted and Released with their and Every of their appurtenances unto the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their Heirs and Assigns to and for the ^only^ Proper Use and Behoof of them the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their their Heirs and Assigns for Ever Subject to the provisoe and Agreement for Redemption of the Premisses next herein aftermentioned and Contained that is to say Provided always Nevertheless and it is hereby declared and Agreed by and between the said Parties to these presents that if the said James Johnson his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and do upon the Twelfth Day of June Now Next Ensuing the Day of the Date of these presents well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer or one of them their or one of their Executors Adm.rs and Assigns on the Royal Exchange in London af.d the full and just Sum of Two Thousand Six hundred and four pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain with Lawfull Interest for the same without any Deduction or Abatement out of (The) |
