       and remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of Every part and
       parcell thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Trust property
       Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said
       James Johnson of into or out of the Said Messuages Lands Tenements
       Ironworks Negroes Hereditaments and Premes mentioned or intended to be
       hereby Bargained and Sold or any of them or any part or parcell thereof
       To have and to hold the Said Messuages Lands Tenements Ironworks
       Negroes Hereditaments and all and Singular other the premisses
       mentioned or intended to be hereby Bargained and Sold with their and Every
       of their Appurtenances unto the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer their Heirs
       and Assigns from the day next before the day of the Date of these presents
       for and during the Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing
       and fully to be compleat and Ended Yielding and paying therefore for &
       during the s.d Sum the Rent of one pepper Corn at the Feast day of
       the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary next Ensuing the
       Date of these presents (if the same shall be lawfully demanded) To
       the Intent and purpose that by virtue of these presents and for ^of^ the
       Statute for Transferring uses into possession the said Walter Ewer and
       John Ewer may be in the Actual possession of all and Every the said
       Mess^u^ages Lands Tenements Ironworks Negroes Hereditaments and
       premisses and Enabled to take a grant & Release fo the Reversion and
       Inheritance thereof to them the said Walter Ewer and John Ewer and
       their Heirs In Witness whereof the said partys to these presents have
       hereunto Interchangeably Set their hands and Seals the day and year
       first above Written

                               on the Back of the aforegoing Lease was thus Endorsed
                               Viz.t   Sealed and Delivered (bering first duly stampt and
                                        the words and appurtenances whatsoever to the
                                        Said Messuages Lands Tenements Ironworks
                                        Negroes Hereditaments between the 24.th and 25.th
                                        Lines of the within Indenture first interlined and
                                        the Several Razureson 1.st 4.th 7.th 17.th 19.th 30.th and 33.d Lines
                                        thereof being first made in the presence of James Wardrop
