       twenty six Perches South Seventy Seven Degrees East Fifty two Perches
       to teh End of the Seventh Course of the Land called ledt out then with teh said
       Land South Seventy nine Degrees East Sixty Eight Perches South Seventy
       Perches to teh End of the End of the Sixteenth Course of the Land called
       Grimeses Virtue then with teh said Land North twenty three Degrees
       West Seventy perchest South Seventy four Degrees west Sixty Six perches
       North Fifty one Degrees west Forty Perches to teh Beginning Trees of
       the Land Called Foster Make Shift then with the said Land South Six
       Degrees West Eighty Perches to the End of the twenty second Course of the
       af.d Land Caleld Grimes's Virtue then with the said Land the six following
       Courses Viz.t South thirty Eight Degrees West Seventy Six Perches South
       thirty three Degrees West Ninety Six Perches South thirty two Degrees East
       Forty Perches East Forty four Perches North Sixty five Degrees East sixteen
       Perches South Sixty Degrees East thirty two Perches then with a Straight
       Line to teh first Beginning Containing and laid out for Seven hundred &
       fifty five Acres of Land More or less together with Hourse Out Houses Tob.o
       Houses Orchards Gardens fences timber and Timber Trees with all
       and singular the appurtenances thereunto Belonging To have and
       to hold the af.d Tracts or Parcels of Land with their and every of their
       appurtenances (Except as before Excepted) unto teh af.d Thomas Hutchcraft
       his Heirs and Assigns To the only Proper Use Benefit and Behoof of
       the said Thomas Hutchcraft his Heirs and Assigns fro Ever and to no
       other use intent or purpose whatsoever Provided always and these
       Presnets are upon this Condition Nevertheless that I the said William
       Moorehouse his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and do well
       and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Thomas Hutchcraft his
       Executors Administrators or Assigns at or upon the twentyeth Day of
       March Instant the Date of these presents to Cease Determine and be
       utterly Void Frustrate and of no Effect any thing herein before contained
       to the Contrary therein anywise notwithstanding In Witenss whereof
       the said Partys to these presents have hereunto set their hands and
       Seals the Day and Year first above Written
