       Perches to the End of the fourth Course of the Land Called Wrights Chance
       and Neighbours Goodwill then Bounding on the Said Land North
       fifty Six Degrees East Seventy Perches North Forty two Degrees West
       Sixteen Perches North forty three Degrees East Eighty Six Perches
       to a Double White Oak Marked with four Notches then North Sixty
       Seven Degrees West Forty Two Perches North thirty Degrees west
       Seventy Six Perches to the given line of the Land called Upland
       then North thirty six degrees East Seven Perches to the End of the
       Fourteenth Course of the af.d Land called Upland then Bounding
       on the said Land North forty one and a half Degrees West two
       Hundred and ten Perches North nine Degrees East One
       hundred and ten perches to the Beginning place of a Tract of
       Land called Small Land then Bounding on the said Land
