       Justices of the provincial Court and acknowledged the within
       Deed to be his Act and Deed to the uses and purposes therein
       mentioned according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in
       such ^that^ Case made and provided

Ex.d   This Indenture made this Twelfth day of February in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty five
       Between Colmore Beanes of Prince Georges County and Province
       af.d Maryland of the one part and John Row of ^the^ County and province
       af.d of the other part Witnesseth that the said Colmore Beanes
       for and in Consideration of the Sum of Forty pounds Sterling
       to him in hand paid by the said John Row before the Sealing
       and Delivery thereof the Receipt and payment ^whereof^ the said Colmore
       Beanes do hereby acknowledge and confess & the said John Row
       his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for Ever by
       these presents acquitted Exonerated and discharged He the said
       Colmore Beanes has granted Bargained Sold Alienated
