518) Ex.d To all to whom these Present shall Come I John Eversfield Jun of the City of London in the Kingdom of Great Britain Gentleman Send Greeting Whereas M.r Lingan Wilson od Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Planter by his Certain Deed of Bargain and Sale duly Executed Acknowledged and E^n^rolled among the records of the County af.d bearing Date the thirteenth^tieth^ Day of June Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty two for and in Consideration of the Just and full Sum of One hundred and Sixty one Pounds Nine Shillings Ster Money of Great Britain to him the said Lingan Wilson paid the receipt whereof was thereby acknowledged did give Grant Bargain and Sell unto the Said John Eversfield my Heirs and Assigns all that Tract of Land called Kinsale Scituate lying and being in Prince Georges County in the Province af.d on the West side of Patuxent River and Binding on St Charles's Branch and Containing and Laid out for Two hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less and also part of a Tract of Land called Boones Landing adjoining to said Land of Kinsale and Containing twenty four Acres More or Less and also so much of a Tract of Land called Brook Hill contiguous to said Kinsale also containing one hundred Acres as should remain to the said Lingan Wilson after Satisfaction made thereout for a Deficiency in a Tract of Land called Cucholds Point made over by said Wilson to M.r James Rushel Merchant by a Deed of Bargain and sale wherein the said Land of Cucholds Point was to have its deficiency made Good out of Brook hill af.d with all and Singular the Rights and Advantages Members and Appurtenances to the said Tract of Land and said two parts of Tracts of Land respectively belonging or in anywise appurtaining To have and to hold the said Tract of Land and said two parts of s.d Tracts of Land thereto adjoining with all and Singular the Respective Advantage and Appurtenances to them belonging or in anywise Appertaining unto me the said John Eversfield my Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to mine and their own proper use and behoof Subject Nevertheless to the Provisoe following that is to say Provided always and it was the True Intent and Meaning of the (Said) |
