Ex.d   This Indenture made the Twentieth Day of September in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and fifty four Between Henry Cooper of Saint Marys
       County in the Province of Maryland Planter and Lucretia Raley formerly Lucretia
       Spink Sister of a certain Henry Spink late of the County aforesaid deceased of the one
       Part and Anthony Roberts of the same County and Province aforesaid Cordwainer of
       the other part Witnesseth that the said Henry and Lucretia for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of Five Shillings Current Money to them in Hand paid at or before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
       and the said Anthony thereof and therefrom fully acquitted and discharged Have
       and each of them Hath granted bargained and sold Do and each of them Doth
       by these Presents Grant bargain and sell unto him the said Anthony Roberts his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns All these Two Tracts or Parcels of Land
       scituate lying and being in Saint Marys County aforesaid the one called S.t Williams
       Hermitage containing Two hundred Acres of Land more or less the other called
       Twithenham containing Three hundred Acres of Land more or less (except One
       hundred Acres formerly sold unto a certain William Howard and also one
       hundred and seventy Acres formerly sold unto a certain Walter Davis) and the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the
       said two Tracts or Parcels of Land aforesaid and other the Premisses with the
       Appurtenances (except as before is excepted) unto him the said Anthony Roberts
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the
       Date of these Presents for and during and unto the full End and Term of one
       whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended to the
       Intent and Purpose that the said Anthony Roberts may be in the actual Possession
       of the hereby bargained and sold Land and Premisses and may hereby and by
       Force and Virtue of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession be enabled to
       take a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance of the said Premisses
       hereby bargained and sold or intended so to be him and his Heirs to and for such
       uses Intents and Purposes as shall be therein and thereby expressed and declared
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above Written
