       near Buttock NR one Black Mare named Cloe branded on the near Shoulder NR one Grey Mare
       named Pleasure branded on the near Shoulder I H two feather Beds and Furniture four flagg bottomd
       Chairs, four Chests, two Iron Potts, one Iron Skillett, one Dozen of Pewter Plates, one Pewter Dish and one
       Iron Spitt To have and to hold the said two hundred Acres of Land be the same more or less and Premisses
       as afsd As also the several and respective Goods and Chattels afd unto him the said William Hunt his Heirs
       Exors Adm.rs and Assigns to his and their own proper Use and behoof and to no other Use Intent or purpose

       said Daniel Rawlings doth for himself his Heirs Exors and Adm.rs Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to &
       with the said William Hunt his Exors Adm.rs and Assigns by these Presents That he the said Daniel Rawlings
       his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs shall and will Warrant and Defend the afd Bargained and Sold Land and
       Premisses As also the several and Respective Goods and Chattels afd unto him the said William Hunt his
       Exors Adm.rs and Assigns against all manner of Person or Persons whatsoever Provided always and it is the
       true intent and meaning of the parties to these Presents That in case the said Daniel Rawlings his Heirs
       Executors or Adm.rs shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Hunt his Executors
       Adm.rs or Assigns the said Sum of two hundred forty four Pounds fifteen Shillings and four pence Sterling
       with legal Interest thereon at or upon the fifth day of April which shall be in the Year of our Lord one
       Thousand seven hundred fifty and five then this Deed and every Clause and Article therein contained
       shall be Void and of none Effect and the Lands and Premisses Goods and Chattels therein mentioned shall
       be and remain in the same state and Condition as if this Deed had never been made any thing therein
       contained to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said Daniel Rawlings doth for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Adm.rs and Assigns That he the said Daniel Rawlings his Heirs Exors or Adm.rs will well
       and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said William Hunt his Exors Adm.rs or Assigns the said Sum
       of two hundred forty four Pounds fifteen Shillings and four pence Sterling with legal Interest thereon
       at or upon the said fifth day of April which shall be in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred
       fifty and five And will Yearly and every Year (for and during and untill such time as the said Debt
       with Interest as afsd shall be well and truly paid) Consign to the said William Hunt his Exors Adm.rs
       and Assigns all the Tobacco that shall be made by the said Daniel Rawlings his Exors or Adm.rs for &
       during the time last mentioned (except such part thereof as shall be Yearly paid away in Publick dues)
       in case an Opportunity for such Consignment can be had but if otherwise That then and in such
       Case he the said Daniel Rawlings his Executors and Adm.rs shall and will Assign over unto the said
       William Hunt his Exors Adm.rs or Assigns the Bill or Bills of Loading which shall be Yearly taken
       for such Tobacco in order to Enable him the said William Hunt his Exors Adm.rs or Assigns to receive
       the Produce Money arising from the Sale thereof and to Apply the same towards Payment of the
       Debt and Interest afsd or towards so much thereof as shall at the time of such Application remain
       due and unpaid In Witness whereof the Party first above named hath hereunto set his hand and
       Affixed his Seal the day and Year first above Written
